Hi my name is Ian and I am the owner of Touch Of Glass, a family business.  I have been a firefighter for 18 years serving in The Royal County Of Berkshire fire service.  5 years ago I set up Touch Of Glass as a part time business.  At the beginning of this year my wife and I welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world and I suddenly realised I needed a better work life balance to give her a much better life.  I made the decision to leave the fire service  and only one week ago Touch Of Glass became my full time job.  I am so fortunate to have some really wonderful customers and its with their continued loyalty that I have been able to make this transition and I thank them greatly for this.
